Job Description - Senior Developer/Team Lead

Our client, a large global IT solutions provider with annual revenues in the billions, specializes in application testing in the areas of test management, automation, performance and mobile testing. With state of the art offices and facilities they servicemost industry at a global level.

Our clienthas engaged ROSS (www.getROSS.com) to find them a Senior Developer /Team Lead. ROSSis an innovative leader in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), HR Technology, Recruitment and HR Professional Services. We’re a company of People Specialist helping companies align their People Strategy with their Business Growth.

The successful candidate.......

Will be responsible for interacting with onsite team, understand requirements and getting the requirements developed by the offshore team from India.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

* Will participate in development of product with team at onsite

*Will be responsible for executing a module of the project at offshore with help of a team of size 6 members

* Coordinator will review all output created by offshore team and make sure that they adhere to the expectation set by customer

* Coordinator will make sure that offshore team is delivering the modules on time

* Coordinator will make sure that design of the system is inline with customer expectation

* Coordinator is expected to code by himself when participating/pairing with customer

You Have...............

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Several years (5+) of .NET experience

* Agile methodology, Extreme programming, will be used by customer. So experience in this area willbe anaddedadvantage

*Several years of team leading experience with off shore developers.

* Should be very strong inASP.NET MVC and C#

* Object oriented concepts should be clear along with basic design patterns usage

* Should be able to design system independently

Credentials and Experience:

* Should have more than 8 years of total IT experience

* Very good communication skills

* Several years of team leading experience

* Any .NET certifications will be added advantage

Special Requirements:

* Due to the timezone difference coordination job demands that person work for couple of hours during non-office time. This can be adjusted at day time working.
