Friends of Ruby is dedicated to supporting the well-being of 2SLGBTQIA+ youth aged 16-29 through mental health services, social programs, and housing. We operate a Youth Drop-In Centre, offering barrier-free counselling, hot meals, and community programming, and a Transitional Home, providing emergency and long-term housing with life-skills support.

About the Role
The Senior Director, Fund Development will lead Friends of Ruby’s multi-year fundraising strategy and oversees all fund development activities, including major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, and donor stewardship, while working closely with the Executive Director, Board, and internal teams. Success is defined by building a strong, diversified funding pipeline with consistent six-figure commitments, achieving and exceeding annual revenue goals, and fostering a philanthropic culture that enables significant growth in impact for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth
