Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Insights Strategist to play a pivotal role in elevating our Customer Experience Insights team. In this role, you will help shape the future of the Petro-Canada brand. Working across cross functional teams, this role leads integrated insight initiatives, builds cross disciplinary frameworks, and produces unified customer narratives that guide strategic decisions across our retail and wholesale business.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, psychology, economics, analytics, or a related field
• 10 years in insights, analytics, strategy or consulting
• Proven experience synthesizing multiple data sources into cohesive narratives
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional workstreams
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills along with exceptional storytelling

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross‑disciplinary insight projects from scoping to delivery
• Identify opportunities to combine research, analytics, and digital data to produce integrated insight deliverables that tell a clear, compelling customer story
• Translate business priorities into insight plans and roadmaps
• Develop concise, actionable insights for leadership audiences
• Ensure outputs meet high standards of rigor and strategic relevance

Location and other Key details:

• This is an office-based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
• Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
• Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
