Responsibilities
Purchasing, Logistics, Shipping & Receiving
- Place and coordinate purchases for products and equipment used in reviews, testing, and office operations
- Execute purchases with suppliers according to established priorities and timelines
- Process payments and verify order confirmations and purchase details
- Track shipments, ETAs, and tracking numbers; follow up on delays or delivery issues
- Coordinate inbound shipments from U.S. and Canadian suppliers and third-party vendors
- Communicate with carriers and vendors to confirm delivery timelines and resolve issues
Inventory Operations
- Unpack products following established procedures and testing requirements
- Schedule and execute unpacking based on set timelines
- Ensure products are handled, documented, and labeled correctly during unpacking
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to support efficient access and testing workflows
- Assign and maintain correct physical locations for all inventory items
- Control inventory access and movement, including tracking borrowed products
- Monitor inventory levels, identify overstock or space constraints, and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records by reconciling physical stock with system data
Personality
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast pace operations environment
- Strong sense of ownership
- Highly organized and process-driven
Qualification/Experience
- 2+ years experience in an inventory role
- Experience in purchasing/logistics is a bonus
- Experience in a tech, electronics, or testing-heavy environment is an asset
- Functional French and English speaking
- Ability to lift between 20-25Kg
- Valid Driver's license
