Senior Legal Counsel

Law degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in any Canadian Province. Minimum of 7 years' experience practicing law. Expertise in healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industries. Proven ability to provide strategic legal guidance in a regulated, business-driven environment. Experience providing legal and compliance counsel to cross-functional business teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory. Excellent communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, and organizational/ time management skills Proficiency with Health Canada, and other administrative regulatory bodies. Demonstrated ability to gain alignment across multiple stakeholders. Strong organization, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to synthesize complex data and deliver clear, objective risk assessments. Bilingualism in French/English is an asset.
