The Role:
At Medcan, the Senior Manager, Operations (Clinic Services) plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our Annual Health Assessment (AHA) clinic operations, while also serving as a critical business partner in shaping the future growth and transformation of the AHA product. This leader collaborates closely with cross‑functional teams to drive initiatives that elevate the client experience, strengthen clinical and operational workflows, and ensure service excellence.
Reporting to the Director, the Senior Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across diverse clinical and non-clinical teams, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day performance, a culture of continuous quality improvement, and adherence to evidence‑based practices and legislative requirements.
The Senior Manager is also instrumental in supporting Medcan’s ambitious multi‑site growth, expansion, and product transformation efforts. This role is tailored for a seasoned operational leader with exceptional business acumen, strong analytical capabilities, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence within complex clinical environments. Emphasis on transformation readiness, future‑proofing strategies, and the adoption of AI and automation to enhance efficiency and scalability is essential.

Position Pay Range
$98,316.00 - $135,183.75 CAD annuallyPay will be determined based on an analysis of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications within the role's compensation grade. Medcan's compensation ranges are determined by a combination of required qualifications and skills, market value, and internal equity. The above range pertains solely to the base compensation and is not inclusive of additional compensation details such as perks, benefits, and potential bonuses or incentives.
