Senior Manager, Manufacturing Performance

The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Performance on a permanent basis in Regina, SK.

We are looking for a leader with deep experience in operational and business performance management to help shape how our manufacturing operations deliver results. As Senior Manager, Manufacturing Performance, you’ll drive continuous improvement, lead high‑impact initiatives, and connect strategy, performance insights, and execution across the Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU).

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development and execution of manufacturing strategy, business plans, and operational plans across the MBU, aligned with FCL corporate priorities.


• Drive operational and business performance through industry benchmarking, performance analysis, gap closure, and optimization across refinery and ethanol operations.


• Lead and deliver business improvement initiatives and programs, including Energy Value Chain Optimization and the Business Performance Management System (BPMS).


• Partner with MBU leadership, Technical Services, Organizational Performance, and Strategy teams to integrate performance insights into short‑, medium‑, and long‑term planning.


• Enable data‑driven decision‑making through effective performance reporting, analytics, governance, and leadership reporting to senior executives and the Board.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in operational and business performance and:

• 8+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience within a complex organization in the petroleum industry.


• Have a bachelor’s degree in commerce, engineering, or a related field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).


• Are familiar with Continuous Improvement methodologies and Operational Excellence systems/processes.
