Senior Multimedia/Rich Media Designer

About the Role:

• Collaborate with designers to execute design concepts for real estate focused projects
• Create captivating videos and animations for digital campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Animate) and other design software
• Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity
• Remain flexible when accommodating client feedback into design deliverables
• Effectively communicate design decisions for deliverables if requested (for clients to understand the design choices presented)
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

• 4+ years as a multimedia designer or in a similar role in an agency or in-house setting
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of rich media projects.
• Solid understanding of the 12 principles of animation such as staging, timing, ease in, ease out and anticipation
• Ability to transform complex ideas into engaging visual narratives through animated storytelling and visual communication skills
• Proficiency in video editing and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate), and Google Web Designer
• Knowledge of current multimedia trends, including but not limited to motion graphics and video editing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Chinese speaking is an asset
