Senior Notes Domino Developer

The Notes Domino Developer will work remotely from Manitoba or on-site if in Winnipeg providing application maintenance supporting our Enterprise clients. 

Reporting to the Director of AMS, a typical day might include some of the following:

• Application maintenance through the design and development of existing applications.


• Assessment of client environments for the purpose of recommending environment and application upgrades


• Assess service requests for validity and recommend solutions


• Conduct design and code reviews


• Perform quality assurance and unit, system and integration testing and user acceptance testing functions


• Assist in the creation of user manuals


• Support and problem resolution for production systems
  

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 6+ years’ experience of application development using IBM/Lotus Domino R8.x, Domino System Administration, IBM Notes and Web enabled Domino development, LotusScript, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML and Windows Server experience


• Relevant University degree, relevant college diploma, or appropriate certification.


• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations


• Strong organizational skills


• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal


• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines


• Able to collaborate with clients, and have strong desire to excel


• Public sector experience would be an asset
