About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead significant product initiatives across our platform.
This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in complexity, turns data-heavy workflows into intuitive systems, and is energized by meaningful ownership. As a key contributor within your cross-functional team, you’ll partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape direction and deliver scalable solutions for enterprise customers.
You’ll operate with substantial ownership across critical product surfaces, helping shape how your area evolves. You will drive the product experience point of view within your domain—ensuring what we build delivers measurable customer value, supports business outcomes, and reflects a high bar for cohesive, intuitive, and world-class UX and UI.

The base range represents the minimum and maximum for this position across North America. For candidates in Toronto, Canada the range is $137,972–$184,257. The compensation offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
