Senior Project Manager

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Project Officer on large, complex projects
  


• 4+ years of experience with BC Health Organizations / BC Ministry of Health
  


• 1+ year managing large, complex IT projects involving multiple BC Health Organizations
  


• Enterprise strategic initiative leadership experience
  


• Strong project integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management
  


• Exceptional communication, active listening, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
  


• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence diverse audiences
  


• Experience working across technical and clinical project areas
  


• Strong dependency, impact, and change management experience
  


• Demonstrable experience managing complex vendor relationships
  


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project
  


• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  


• Experience handling sensitive and challenging situations
  


• BC-based and available to work 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Pacific Time
  


• PMP certification is desirable (not mandatory)
