This role is crucial for tapping new opportunities and nurturing client relationships, using their extensive service suite to meet and surpass sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in selling agile development services with a comprehensive understanding of software development processes and enterprise needs.

This role is central to driving our revenue growth in North America, focusing on both new client acquisition and the expansion of accounts you bring in. Your expertise in selling digital services, ranging from straightforward to complex, combined with a profound understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise pain points, positions you as the ideal candidate. You are well-versed in navigating both simple and intricate enterprise sales cycles and are skilled in engaging with C-level executives.
Responsibilities
Cultivate new business opportunities to expand our North American client portfolio.
Create and implement strategic sales plans to meet or even exceed revenue goals.
Build and sustain relationships with decision-makers at the Director, VP, and C-level within target companies.
Offer tailored solutions by understanding and navigating IT project lifecycles.
Execute the full sales cycle, from market strategy and prospecting to negotiation and account management.
Proactively generate new business and maintain a robust pipeline of potential sales.
Drive upselling and cross-selling within our existing customer base.
Open to travel as necessary to meet business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT.
Over 10 years of experience inselling software services, with a strong understanding ofAgile project structures and lifecycles.
Experience within the Canadian market with a well-established network
Awareness in modern technologiesacross web, mobile, eCommerce, digital marketing, cloud, fintech, and AI.
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from Go to Market Strategy Prospection, Need Qualification to Pricing, Negotiation and Account Management.
Proven track record of generating new revenue through self-sourced opportunities and expanding the customer base.
Comfortable pitching to and dealing with Director, VP, and C-level executives.
Proficient in managing extended and complex sales cycles, showcasing expertise in consultative sales approaches.
Previous experience in product management or technology roles considered a plus.
