Job Description - Senior Sales Leader

The Senior Sales Leader is a professional who oversees all Sales Operations in the company. They are tasked with creating strategies that will exceed goals for the organization.


We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and analytical Senior Sales Leader to join our team to take on a wide range of responsibilities, from the daily activities of the sales team to managing large clients.


The Senior Sales Leader responsibilities include having in-depth knowledge and understanding of their market and knowing competitive products. They must also be excellent communicators with excellent customer service skills who can quickly navigate any situation to reach desired goals.

Ultimately, you will work with leaders across our sales team to ensure our organization hits our sales and revenue goals.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to;



  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Identifying new sales opportunities and building client relationships

  • Setting sales targets and forecasting sales volumes

  • Ensuring the proper use of CRM databases and tools to track performance.

  • Leading the team and inspiring high performance by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance

  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders

  • Analyzing sales performance data and implementing strategies for improvement

  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.

  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs.

  • Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implementing performance management actions when needed.


Requirements and skills



  • Proven work experience as a Senior Sales Leader or similar role

  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques

  • You have successfully built, scaled, and led high-performing sales teams.

  • You are a team player that thrives in helping others succeed.

  • You are a strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on.

  • Experience in developing new geographical markets.

  • Experience new Construction Development as it pertains to HVAC.

  • Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products, and the market

  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills

  • Experience new Construction Development as it pertains to HVAC
