The Senior Solutions Consultant Advanced Wireless Technologies (AWT) is an exciting, challenging and rewarding role that is part of a dynamic and diverse team, an integral component in driving Bell’s AWT sales portfolio. The team is accountable for proactively delivering results from both net new business as well as from within the existing customer base. The solution portfolio includes Core Wireless, Internet of Things, Advanced 5G Technologies, Private Wireless Networks, Push-to-Talk, and Advanced Mobile Business Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Advanced Wireless Sales opportunities in an Enterprise based sales portfolio
  • Prospect and qualify AWT opportunities 
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM with a particular focus on activity-based metrics and opportunity management 
  • Adept at Solution Selling and Solution Design to address specific client needs and business challenges with a Digital Transformation mindset
  • Sell and develop business through relationship building and utilize Target Account Selling (TAS) Sales methodology
  • Engage in new business development and funnel management activities with focus on vertical market developments
  • Interface with key vendors for solutions and applications implementation
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals for solutions including responding to RFP’s
  • Comfortable with C-suite engagement
  • Collaborate well in a team environment and is comfortable in a peer-coaching environment to support Client Executives uncover AWT opportunities in their base of accounts

Critical Qualifications

  • Experience in an Enterprise sales environment
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and Complex solution sales
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to various audiences, in person and virtually
  • Ability to apply technology to build new business through marketing, cold calling, client consultations and value-based engagements
  • Be mobile and have a valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

  • A University degree, preferably in business or related fields, with 5-7 years of previous related experience
  • 2-5 years of Wireless Selling experience
  • Committed to continual growth and training on Advanced Wireless Technologies, solutions, networks, applications, digital transformation and technology trends.
