  • Stay current with developments in electric propulsion, systems engineering, and eVTOL technologies

  • Drive continuous improvement of processes to increase safety, efficiency, and reliability

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in aerospace or automotive systems engineering, covering all phases of the product lifecycle

  • Hands-on experience with electric propulsion systems, high-voltage power electronics, or related disciplines

  • Familiarity with eVTOL certification regulations (TCCA, FAA, EASA)

  • Strong systems engineering background and experience with cross-disciplinary integration

  • Proven ability to work in complex, fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

What is Offered
