Working with our team of artists, designers and writers to establish consistent and effective standard methodologies Pushing content creation to its full potential Create tools and processes that facilitate content creation with a focus on user experience, quality and efficiency Proactively identify issues, propose solutions and seek team buy-in on implementation strategy Develop modular and procedural strategies for environments, characters, materials, etc. 5+ years experience in the video game industry Artistic eye with advanced understanding of 3D art creation and integration. Advanced understanding of modern DCC tools (Maya, Blender, Houdini) Experience on at least 2 AAA titles from start to finish on multiple platforms Excellent communication skills, particularly in illustrating technical processes Mastery of Unreal 5 Proficiency in Python, HLSL, GLSL is an asset C++ experience or degree in computer science Extensive portfolio with examples of professional work (e.g. art, scripts, tools, simulations, etc.) Experience in procedural creation (Houdini/PCG) Blueprint or asset scripting capability Knowledge of character pipelines: Mutable, Metahuman, Character shaders, ControlRigs.
