Job Description - Senior Technology Consultant

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Drive requirement-gathering sessions focused on object mapping and data transformation for the implementation of the Eightfold Talent Intelligence AI Platform (eightfold.ai)
Manage implementation of data integration solutions using JSON, XML, ETL, and Python
Be the customer’s trusted advisor on all technical aspects and recommend best practices to meet objectives
Collaborate with the talented Functional team to determine the feasibility of requirements
Coach technical team through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance
Build relationships with partner technical resources
Look for continuous improvement opportunities and ensure sustainable/scalable data integration practices

WHAT YOU BRING

Solid experience in Software implementation cycles, data schemes, and ETL Processes
Experience in Object-oriented programming languages - preferably Python
Experience in Front-End Development, such as CSS, Javascript, HTML, JSON
Experience in API communication protocols, such as REST, SOAP, and Webservices
Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively
Experience with cloud-based solutions/SaaS preferred
Exposure to ATS/HRIS such as Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and/or Oracle, is a plus
Initiative to take on tough tasks with a sense of urgency and engagement
Agility to actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged
Collaboration by giving and receiving constructive feedback from others with an open mind
