Service Administrator

Tridon Communications is seeking a highly organized, hands-on Service Administrator to support our Service Department in Hinton, Alberta.

This is more than an office role — you’ll coordinate technicians and service jobs, assist with shipping and receiving, and gain exposure to technical work including cleaning, basic programming, and learning to repair radio equipment.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Serve as the first point of contact at the service counter

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate technicians, schedules, and service jobs

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with shipping and receiving of equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain service logs and track field data in Netsuite

  
  


• 
  

  Support billing, LEM entry, and reconciliation of service orders

  
  


• 
  

  Help ensure all parts and labour are properly accounted for

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with cleaning, staging, and learning to program and repair radios

  
  


• 
  

  Travel between Hinton and Edson may be required

  
  

What You Bring

• 
  

  2–5 years of customer service or coordination experience

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working in both office and light technical environments

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Netsuite an asset)

  
  


• 
  

  Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

  
  


• 
  

  Mechanical or technical aptitude is a strong asset
