Smithers Toyota is looking for a strong communicator, practical problem solver, and dependable team player.


We have some of the best-trained technicians in the industry. Their role is to diagnose and repair vehicles. Your role is to listen to the guest, understand their primary concern, and translate it into clear action for our team.


We are looking for a communicator first and foremost.


What You Will Do



  • Welcome guests and listen carefully.

  • Identify and confirm the guest’s Prime Item.

  • Create clear and accurate service orders.

  • Set expectations for timing, estimates, and next steps.

  • Keep guests updated before they need to ask.

  • Explain recommendations in clear, simple language.

  • Document conversations and approvals accurately.

  • Work closely with technicians, parts staff, and other advisors.

  • Follow each job through to completion.

  • Reach up early when support is needed.
