As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Service Manager to lead our Service Department. In this role, you will oversee a team of passionate Office and Field Technicians in delivering routine service work, emergency response services, and installation projects related to roofing and glazing.

What You’ll Do
Oversee the Service Department team, including Supervisors, Estimators, Administrators, and Field Staff, fostering collaboration and ensuring all disciplines work cohesively.
Monitor project progress, documentation, workforce allocation, and overall operational efficiency.
Support estimating by reviewing scopes, labour/ material requirements, margins, and qualifications.
Supporting operations during project pre-starts, scheduling and site conditions.
Review invoices to ensure accuracy, workmanship and completeness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, building owners, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Support department growth through strong service delivery, sales confidence, and operational leadership.
Assist with process improvements, workflow management, and overall team performance.
Assist in hiring Office and Field Technicians.
Conduct team meetings as required.
Assist in operational costs and budget forecast.
What You Bring to the Team
5+ years of experience in service management, construction operations, or field service leadership.
Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering exceptional service in a construction, facilities management, property maintenance, or related environment.
Previous experience managing technicians, field staff, or service crews.
Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, dispatching, and project coordination.
Experience working with property managers, consultants and building owners is considered a strong asset.
Experience in project close-out, including costing and invoicing
Roofing or building envelope experience considered an asset.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Sales confidence and the ability to help develop new service opportunities and customer relationships.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites as required
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Salary: $95,000 - $120,000
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday
Reports To: Senior Vice President - Western Region
