This onsite individual will act as the primary liaison between our company and the customer on all day-to-day operations managing service calls. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an inquisitive mindset, can-do attitude, organized, good social skills, and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure excellent service delivery
- Manage and coordinate service call orders from initiation to completion
- Act as the key liaison between customers, vendors, suppliers, and Head Office
- Review vendor EH&S requirements to ensure compliance for onsite work
- Manage internal (STAMP) database, ensuring data input accuracy and integrity
- Process service calls order approvals daily
- Review and identify potential repairs and service opportunities
- Actively participate in plant sponsored initiatives, meetings, and activities
- Collaborate with customers to improve their reliability, and introduce cost savings initiatives
- Create process improvements based on data and logic
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, and expediting orders as required
- Manage and track inventory of repairable assets

What We Need from You
Required:
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs and the skills to grasp customer software quickly
- Must be fluent in French (Spoken and written)
- Be able to communicate clearly with a wide range of intermediaries
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred:
- Manufacturing / industrial experience
- Customer service experience
