Classic Honda is currently seeking a Service Concierge to join our dynamic team in Brampton. The ideal candidate will be a people person and a self-starter with strong communication skills. This position will be responsible for maintaining a traffic log of guests visiting the store and providing exceptional customer service.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:
Greeting customers.
Tagging and parking service vehicles.
Basic knowledge of washing vehicles.
Conducting free alignments inspections and keeping the parking lot organized.
Greeting customers and keeping the drive-thru clean.
Provide exceptional customer service that exemplifies our dealership.
Provide valet service to clients to and from the dealerships
Other duties as assigned by management
What do you need to succeed?
Post secondary degree or diploma.
Must have a valid Ontario Drivers License and good driving record.
Professional and confident with frequent customer interaction.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Proven self-starter that can work well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
Merchandising experience is an asset.

Job Type: Full Time - Temporary (7 month contract)
Compensation (expected hourly wage): $18.00 - $19.00 per hour. The starting rate will be set within this range based on job-related factors such as relevant skills and experience.
