What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be at the center of our service operations - ensuring everything runs efficiently while delivering a high-quality customer experience:
Coordinate and maintain schedules for field service technicians
Create and manage customer work orders, ensuring service requirements are completed on time
Communicate effectively with technicians to support service delivery and resolve issues
Assist technicians with customer requests, inspections, and service coordination
Prepare quotes and process invoices for service work
Produce fire inspection reports and compliance certificates
Maintain accurate client, product, and service data in ERP systems
Provide responsive, professional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Support inventory management, including warehouse and truck stock replenishment
Ensure administrative processes and recordkeeping are completed accurately and efficiently
Demonstrate safety leadership by following company HSE policies and best practices

What You Bring
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced service, coordination, or administrative role
Experience in industrial, construction, or technical service environments is an asset
Scheduling or dispatching experience is considered a strong advantage
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment
Self-motivated, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable learning and using ERP and other technology systems
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
Successful candidates will be required to provide a current Certificate of Conduct
