Service Coordinator, Power Systems

The Service Coordinator plays a vital role in the Dartmouth Branch as a key contributor in superior customer service as a primary contact for internal and external customers.

Job Type:                     Full-time, Permanent

Compensation:         Range from $48,867.00 to $61,084.00 CAD

In a typical day, YOU will:

• Proceed with the opening, closing and invoicing of work orders (warranties and others)


• Participate in the planning of work load and schedules


• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, parts requisitions and other material resources


• Support the foreman in administrative duties and daily planning of events


• Make the link between engineering and shop departments


• Coordinate and help at baskets preparation (parts) for production


• Follows up on missing parts during production and proceed to requisition if applicable


• Participate in planning meetings

Must-haves for this role:

• High School Diploma, Diploma of Vocational Studies or College Diploma an asset


• 3 to 5 years experience in a production or customer service environment
