Position Title: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Regina, SK
Overview:
Charter is currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our team starting August 2025. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as Service Desk Analyst providing first level IT support to End-users in a corporate Service Desk environment. Previous experience supporting Windows 11/10, Microsoft 365, Active Directory (user/group management) and ITSM ticket systems (i.e., Ivanti Cherwell, Service Now) is required. Accurate task and knowledge documentation is also required. Active industry recognized certifications (i.e., ITIL, HDI certificate) is a strong asset.
Location: Regina, SK. Term: 24 months. Strong possibility of extensions.
