As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Glazing Estimator to join our Service team. This role is ideal for an estimator who enjoys working closely with clients, solving problems, and being involved from the first conversation to the final scope.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear, professional communication throughout the estimating process


• Review architectural drawings, specifications and tender documents for glazing service projects


• Prepare quantity take-offs and pricing estimates for curtain wall, window wall, storefront and other glazing systems


• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing, material availability and technical input


• Develop and submit proposals within tight timelines


• Collaborate with project managers, designers and site supervisors to ensure scopes and expectations are aligned


• Use tools such as Bluebeam and Excel to organize estimates and track costing history


• Contribute to improving estimating processes and historical pricing records
  

What You Bring to the Team

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial glazing, estimating, project coordination, or a related construction role
  


• Comfort reviewing drawings and construction documents


• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients, suppliers and internal teams


• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam


• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines


• Architectural Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, Estimating education, or related experience is an asset

• Hours of Work: M-F, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.


• Salary: $60,000–$80,000 (Based on experience)
