Hiring Unit:

Facilities Management and Ancillary Services - Building Services

Position Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Service Person “A” and the District Supervisor, sees that the building to which he/she is assigned is fully functional, clean, secure and in good operational order.

Qualifications:

English and French functional spoken and read. English or French functional written.

Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level # 3 on a scale of 0-4.

Additional Details:

- Status: Full Time

- Hours of Work: 38.75 hrs/week;

- Shift: Monday to Thursday 11:15pm-7:00am; Friday 4:15pm-12:00am

- Current Assignment: FRANK DAWSON ADAMS BUILDING (MAIN ASSIGNMENT), SCHULICH LIBRARY, STRATHCONA MUSIC AND MACDONALD HARRINGTON

- Premium: Night shift $1.40/hour
