Service Shop Hand

We’re looking for a reliable and organized Shop Hand to support our service and install teams. This is a hands-on, entry-level role that combines warehouse organization, material coordination, and occasional field support.

WHAT WE OFFER:

GREAT PAY 

Earn a competitive wage of $18.00-21.00 per hour, depending on skill level and experience.

STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

You can expect to work Monday through Friday with full-time hours.

OUR IDEAL SHOP HAND:

We're looking for someone who meets these qualifications:

• Class 5 driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and a clean driver's abstract


• Physically able to lift at least 50lbs and perform physical labour


• Basic mechanical aptitude is preferred but not required 


• Previous warehouse or material handling experience is an asset


• Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC material is a strong asset


• Exceptional communication


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment


• Comfortable working both in the shop and supporting in the field

And who can manage these responsibilities:

• Maintain organization of shop and small warehouse space, keeping it clean, safe and functional


• Receive, sort, and stock incoming materials and parts


• Prepare and stage materials for upcoming jobs


• Track basic inventory and flag low stock items


• Pick up materials and equipment from suppliers and ensure accuracy of orders before leaving vendors


• Deliver parts and materials to job sites as needed


• Assist technicians on job sites when required, supporting basic labour tasks (material handling, site prep, clean-up)
