Service Valet Attendant

We are looking for a Service Valet attendant to join our Mercedes-Benz Burlington Team.  When customers come to Mercedes-Benz Burlington, they look to us to provide unmatched customer care and a lifestyle experience that’s second to none. What you will do:

·       As a dealership ambassador, you will be the first and last point of contact for each client, ensuring a luxury experience by personally greeting customers and opening and closing car doors

·       Maintain a professional presence in the drive thru at all times.  Ensuring that there is a constant presence to greet customers. 

·       Deliver exceptional customer care by personally escorting a customer to their destination (service, sales, and parts) and personally placing them in the care of either an advisor or the sales concierge.

·       Ensure client reception, sales parking and service parking areas are well organized and clean from debris and hazards.

·       Organize the removal of checked in vehicles in a timely manner

·       Conduct visual vehicle inspection for delivery to customer prior to their arrival, ensuring all customer vehicles are in good condition prior to pick up.

What you will bring to the role:

·       Valid G Driver’s License 

·       A proven track record of superb teamwork

·       A commitment to excellence and a history of providing customer service that goes above and beyond

·       You have good communication, problem solving, task planning, and organizational skills.
