Lordco Parts LTD. is looking for a Service Writer to join the team at our Mission shop. At our Lordco Machine Shop we build cylinder heads and engines for domestic, foreign stock and performance. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Invoice and take payment from customers using POS system
• Provide accurate quotes
• Review and explain work orders with customers
• Verify proper shipment of parts, stock and organizing shop
• Performs a variety of other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge in engine rebuilding or high performance parts is an asset
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized with good time management and problem solving skills
