Shingle Roofer

We are seeking a skilled Shingle Roofer to join our residential roofing team in Saanich, British Columbia. This hands-on role offers a competitive wage of CAD $30–$40 per hour based on experience and qualifications. The Shingle Roofer will be responsible for installing and repairing asphalt shingle roofing systems on custom residential projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and strict adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain asphalt shingle roofing systems.
• Perform tear-offs, underlayment installation, flashing, and shingle application efficiently.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively on job sites.
• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with foremen and crew members to meet project schedules and deadlines.

• Proven experience installing asphalt shingle roofing systems.
• Strong understanding of residential roofing methods, materials, and techniques.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various outdoor weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and quality workmanship.
