Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Invoicing Coordinator to manage outgoing shipments and customer invoicing processes. The ideal candidate will ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time while maintaining precise billing and documentation records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate shipment of goods to customers


• Verify billing information, purchase orders, and payment terms


• Generate invoices, packing slips, shipping labels, and related documentation


• Verify order accuracy before shipment


• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics providers, and customer service teams


• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues when required


• Maintain accurate shipping and invoicing records


• Process customer billing and follow up on discrepancies


• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue accounts


• Ensure compliance with company procedures and shipping regulations


• Assist with inventory and order management tasks as needed


• Assist with warehouse or shipping tasks when required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, invoicing, or administrative support preferred


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/accounting systems


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Forklift certification or experience is considered an asset
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with shipping software and courier platforms


• Knowledge of inventory management systems


• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
