Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Coordinator to ensure efficient and timely delivery of orders. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers, drivers, and internal teams to manage the logistics operations, inventory, and safety protocols.

What You'll Be Doing

• Communicating with customers via phone, email, or in person and entering orders into our precast management software.

• Oversee inventory management and delivery scheduling across locations.

• Working with drivers, loaders, and quality control to ensure trucks are loaded accurately with an emphasis on efficiency.

• Handle administrative tasks such as updating records, processing returns, obtaining quotes, and approving freight invoices.

• Aim to meet shipping team KPIs while completing additional duties as assigned.

What Are We Looking For

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent teamwork abilities and communication, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Access, Teams, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
