Shipping/Packaging Associate - Pet Fashion Brand

We’re looking for a full-time Shipping & Packaging Associate to join our growing factory team. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy practical hands-on tasks, and are passionate about pets, this role is perfect for you. Job Responsibilities:

• Package and ship pet collars, leashes, bandanas, and harnesses with precision and care.
• Conduct quality control checks ensuring each product meets our high standards before shipping.
• Add finishing details to products, such as gluing fabric, while adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
• Accurately sort products into designated bins for efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Manage partial orders using our in-house sorting system.
• Assist with additional tasks including inventory counting, preparing sticker packs, building boxes, and fabric preparation.
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
