Responsibilities and Duties

Description of Duties:

- Provide direction and guidance to the crew to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients

- Organizing and preparing various tools and equipment for projects

- Maintain staff morale by providing a positive example of leadership and teamwork

- Lead, motivate and develop junior paving staff

Onsite Responsibilities:

- Finishing and installing rubber products

- Operating company vehicles and machinery

- Manage the efficient flow of work and personnel throughout the work site

- Ensure that all crew members comply with company policies, processes and legal standards

- Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environments
