Key qualifications they're looking for

• Skid steer operating experience (required)


• Forklift operating experience (asset)


• Experience in manufacturing or production


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Basic equipment troubleshooting


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Flexibility for overtime


• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Main responsibilities

• Operate a skid steer and forklift


• Unload trailers and move tires throughout the facility


• Feed materials into production hoppers


• Complete pre-start inspections and production reports


• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting


• Keep the work area clean and organized


• Support other operators as needed
