M3 Staffing is hiring Skilled Labourers in Vancouver! We’re looking for reliable workers with 2–3 years of construction or labour experience to join our team on projects including construction, renovations, warehouse work, landscaping, and events.

Responsibilities:
• Site setup and clean-up
• Using hand and power tools
• Material handling and general labour tasks
• Drywall, boarding, taping, and mudding
• Following safety procedures and working with the team

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of labour/construction experience
• Basic tool knowledge
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Own PPE: hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and safety boots

Nice to Have:
• Reliable transportation
• WHMIS, First Aid, or Fall Protection tickets
• Heavy equipment experience
