Skilled Labourer

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Skilled Labourer to support site operations on active construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hand and power tools, site layout and assisting with site prep and clean ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with site layout using measuring tapes, string lines, laser levels, and grade rods


• Build and install temporary frameworks using hand and power tools
  


• Use levels, squares, and layout tools to ensure proper alignment and elevation


• Operate power tools such as circular saws, drills, impact drivers, and nail guns
  


• Assist with placing and finishing operations as needed


• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment


• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or structural work preferred


• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools including saws, drills, and vibratory equipment
  


• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety


• Reliable transportation and punctuality required
