We are directly hiring nurses to work in long-term care facilities in the states of Texas, Montana, and South Dakota. We welcome new nursing graduates!

Requirements:

NCLEX-RN

Canadian Citizenship

IELTS or PTE if your education was in a non-English speaking country

Position Summary:

In this role, you will provide compassionate care to residents with chronic conditions, assisting with daily activities, administering medications, and managing treatment plans.

Provide direct patient care following care plans.

Administer medications and treatments.

Monitor and report patient condition changes.

Assist with daily living activities (ADLs).

Perform wound care and specialized procedures.

Collaborate with the healthcare team.

Document patient progress accurately.

Educate patients and families on care.

Ensure infection control and safety compliance.

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Compensation: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
