What you’ll be doing:
The work of the Local Economy Development (LED) Department is focused on empowering Calgarians to move towards economic prosperity through entrepreneurship. The LED department delivers small business training, provides microloans and offers one-on-one business coaching.
This Small Business Facilitator, Casual position supports the LED department by facilitating Momentum’s Entering Entrepreneurship (EE), Business Feasibility Study (BFS), Part-time Self-Employment (PSE), and Self-Employment (SE) programs on a casual basis and providing coverage for program facilitators as needed. This may include facilitating Momentum’s curriculum, hosting guest-speaker-led sessions, and supporting participants with 1:1 business coaching sessions.
