Now Hiring: Snow Labourers for Winter Season  

Beyond Landscaping Ltd is now taking resumes for the 2025–2026 winter snow removal season!

Job Type

• On-call, 24/7 during snow storms (often starting around 3:30 am)
  

• Shifts: 8–12 hours depending on storm severity
  

• Location: North Vancouver & West Vancouver
  

Essential Requirements

• Hard-working, reliable, and flexible with schedule
  

• Physically fit to handle demanding conditions (snow shoveling, salting, lifting)
  

• Team player with a positive attitude
  

• Able to work in cold, snowy, and icy conditions
  

• Willing to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed
  

Compensation: $50 per day shift bonus on all snow events

Duties Include

• Shoveling and salting walkways, stairs, and entryways
  

• Assisting with snow removal alongside equipment operators
  

• Ensuring sites remain safe and accessible for clients
  

• Reporting unsafe conditions when spotted
  

• Helping maintain tools and equipment
  

Qualifications

• Previous snow removal or outdoor labour experience is an asset (but not required)
  

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  

• Able to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team
  

• Safety-conscious — working safely is a condition of employment
