We're on the hunt for the perfect fit for our Soaked! waterpark - someone who's fluent in English and dedicated to providing top-notch customer service. This incredible waterpark, nestled within The Atlas° Hotel, features two thrilling waterslides, a cool pool, a fun spray pad, and a relaxing hot tub.

Your primary responsibilities include: 

• Cleaning and sanitizing.


• Assisting guests with questions and information as needed.


• Ensuring guests follow waterpark rules and correcting any behavior or actions that are not allowed.


• Interacting with children and families in a fun and positive manner.


• Supervising water bodies to ensure guest safety.

Qualifications: 

• Availability: Full-time open availability is preferred, with shifts mainly in the evenings on weekdays and during weekends.


• Required: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members.


• Preferred: A proven background in customer service and the ability to work independently.


• Beneficial: Having a first-aid certificate will be considered an asset.
