Job Description - Social Media and Content Manager

Overview
Creative Clicksis in search of a versatile Social Media and Content Manager to elevate our brand and sister brands to new horizons. As a key player in our Marcom team, you will be entrusted with the vital task of not only steering our social media initiatives but also crafting compelling content that encapsulates our brand narrative. Working closely with the Head of Marcom and the Marcom Manager, the successful candidate will be a professional with a proven track record in the B2B sector, ideally bolstered by certifications in social media management and advertising.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Head of Marcom and the Marcom Manager to develop and implement multifaceted social media and content strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Generate and oversee the production of engaging, SEO-optimized content across various platforms including blogs, websites, and social media channels.
Shape and sustain the brand's voice, presence, communication and content, catering to diverse audiences.
Drive social campaigns, ensuring maximum engagement and optimal ROI through detailed analysis and reporting.
Engage with our community by creating immersive and interactive content that fosters a positive and inclusive brand image.
Leverage analytics tools to monitor content and social media performance, drawing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
Stay abreast of industry developments and trends, leveraging new insights to keep our brand competitive in the digital space.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of social media strategies within broader marketing initiatives.
Develop and maintain a content calendar, coordinating with various departments to ensure cohesive and timely campaigns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation within the B2B sector.
Certifications in social media management, advertising, or related fields.
Native or bilingual proficiency in English, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.).
