Job Description - Software Product Trainer | Hybrid

Our client, a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, is seeking a Software Product Trainer with exceptional communication and training skills. This permanent hybrid position requires in-office attendance once a week.

Responsibilities
Deliver remote training and support to clients using online tools.
Communicate requirements and explain functionalities to both technical and non-technical audiences, accommodating varied levels of technical expertise among clients.
Develop, maintain, and update training documents and materials, ensuring they reflect the latest product releases and competitive differentiators.
Create and manage client documentation across multiple support platforms.
Produce instructional videos, including scriptwriting, recording, and editing.
Become a product expert through self-directed learning.
Coordinate small client projects and internal projects of varying sizes.
Meet personal and team objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Assist with testing the online web product.
Occasionally travel to client sites for on-site training, with travel requirements up to 5%.
Maintain a professional, high-quality, service-oriented company image among clients.
Consult with clients to review their current workflows and configure their setup according to their needs.
Keep clients and team members informed of issue progression and provide necessary follow-up.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma.
2-3 years of experience in a professional services or training role.
Experience with web products and solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
Excellent presentation and organizational skills.
Strong time management and customer service skills.
Technical and documentation writing skills are an asset.
Proficiency in video editing software, such as Camtasia.
Experience with HTML and Content Management Systems (CMS) or equivalent experience.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to teach others.
Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the golf club, hotel, or related hospitality industries is a definite asset.
