Working from retail partner locations, you'll connect with customers, start meaningful conversations about renewable energy, and schedule consultations with our residential solar specialists.

What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with customers in a friendly and professional manner


• Introduce homeowners to residential solar and renewable energy solutions


• Answer basic questions and educate customers on potential benefits


• Identify qualified prospects and schedule appointments for our solar consultants


• Maintain a positive and engaging presence while representing the Kuby brand


• Track leads and appointment activity accurately

Compensation

• Base wage: $20.00 per hour


• Monthly commission opportunities based on appointments and performance


• Typical annual earnings: $60,000-$100,000+


• Additional earning potential for high-performing team members


• Uncapped commission structure
