The Canada Waste Market Lead will play a key role in developing market share across Canada in solid waste. The lead will work in close coordination with the Market Sector Director and key managers and lead efforts to grow profitable business with a particular focus on solid waste in the Canadian market.  In this client-facing role, the lead will engage with clients and actively participate in business development activities to expand our services and client base.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 10 years of geology experience
• Professional Engineering (P.E. or P. Eng) preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the engineering/environmental services industry, including 5 + years' experience working in the Solid Waste market sector
• Proven customer relationship building skills
• Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks
• Previous relevant Project Management experience 
• Experience that includes: construction familiarity & construction level site work design
• Track record of implementing successful business strategies
• Ability and willingness to manage/lead and mentor technical staff

Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. Compensation includes a comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits package. RESPEC is a 100% employee-owned company and employees are eligible for participation in the EPP after a qualifying period.
