Our first location opened on the College strip just east of Ossington in Winter 2003. Now in our 12th year we have recently expanded beyond Toronto’s borders with our newest location in Vaughan that also happens to be our largest. It’s an expansive space which seats 80 plus guests, and an additional 40 during the summer patio season.
We have 3 convenient locations to serve you the Best Breakfast in Toronto and Vaughan. Drop in for our breakfast, lunch OR brunch, or just enjoy an alcoholic beverage in our licensed establishments. We also proudly serve both Fair-Trade, Organic coffee and espresso-based drinks from Reunion Island.
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to take charge of kitchen operations, including leading the staff in all matters related to food preparation. You will be required to ensure that there are adequate food supplies, to plan the menu, food costs are hitting targets, recruiting and training, and to see that the kitchen and equipment are kept immaculate at all times.
To be successful as a Sous Chef, you should have the creativity to develop new recipes and the leadership skills to ensure that your team understands what is required of them. An excellent Sous Chef should be able to handle multiple duties simultaneously and should be extremely organized.
