About the role:
Reporting to the Manager, Collaboration and Productivity, the Senior Identity and Access Management Specialist will oversee the development, implementation, and management of EVR’s IAM portfolio, ensuring robust security measures are in place while enabling smooth and efficient access for our users. You will work closely with cross functional partners to align IAM practices with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement across all IAM products and processes.

In this role you will:
- Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies
- Develop and implement IAM strategies and frameworks that align with EVR and Glencore’s objectives and security requirements.
- Oversee the implementation and management of EVR’s IAM portfolio, including authentication services, Privileged Access Management (PAM), identity lifecycle management, directory services, and identity security operations.
- Establish, effectively communicate, and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures across the organization.
- Manage relationships with external vendors providing PAM Managed Services for EVR
- Conduct regular assessments of IAM systems and processes to proactively identify and remediate vulnerabilities and/or inefficiencies.
- Work with Cyber Security team to continuously improve the security posture of our Identity environment and respond to and remediate Identity related security escalations.
- Support Merger, Acquisition and Divestiture activities as required.
Requirements:
- Professional certifications or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in a Senior IAM role
- Significant experience with IAM, PAM and IGA tools, platforms, and protocols (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), CyberArk, SAML, RADIUS).
- Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
$99,400 - $131,000 a year
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
