Ce poste est basé à notre bureau de Lachine, QC ou Burlington, ON où il est requis d'être présent avec mode de travail hybride. Certification en Project Management Professional (PMP). Connaissance en distribution d'énergie et expérience dans le domaine de la distribution électrique. University degree or college diploma from an accredited institution Minimum 3 years' experience working with construction projects in the industry, either in project management, sales/quotations, or engineering. Fluency in French and English. Fluency in French and English is required for this position to communicate with colleagues, customers, and partners located inside and outside of Quebec, as well as to understand technical documentation in the field of our industry. This role requires working onsite (hybrid schedule) at our Lachine, QC or Burlington, ON office. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Strong understanding of single line diagram, power distribution knowledge and experience in the electrical distribution field. This role will be based at our Burlington, ON or Lachine, QC office and offers hybrid work opportunities. The expected annual salary range for this role is $69000 - $86000 a year. The Bilingual Commercial Solutions Specialist is responsible for proactively managing and coordinating the commercial aspects of project orders containing standard, assembled-to-order and engineered-to-order equipment for Canada. The Bilingual Commercial Solutions Specialist will serve as a customer advocate and demonstrate a leadership role in complex issues related to the project, while communicating with plants, field sales, and assigned customer base regarding the status of orders including production schedules and logistical concerns to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of project commitments. Maintain the commercial integrity of projects Review and interpret customer purchase orders. Conduct monthly project reviews and apply risk mitigation measures. Ensure accuracy and integrity of system data. Maintain financial control measures, claim resolution and bonds/letter of credits. Maintain company objectives throughout the order cycle while managing progress billing, accurate invoicing, on-time shipments, logistical planning and coordination. Collaborate with factory teams, credit, field sales, and internal teams to resolve project issues. Provide customers with timely updates on order status, shipping schedules, and billing. Manage multiple project orders simultaneously. Embrace a continuous improvement mindset in all processes.
