As a Spray Foam Installer, you will be responsible for the proper application of spray foam insulation in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your main goal will be to ensure high-quality insulation that improves energy efficiency, air sealing, and overall building performance.

Position Responsibilities
Here’s what your day-today looks like:

• Apply spray foam insulation accurately across various residential and commercial applications throughout Atlantic Canada.


• Demonstrate a solid understanding of spray foam products, installation techniques, and basic building science.


• Operate and maintain spray foam machines (e.g., Graco).


• Manage job sites effectively, maintaining quality control, inventory, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.


• Troubleshoot, maintain, and perform minor repairs on spray foam equipment.


• Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors, and other trades on-site.


• Conduct daily inspections and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).


• Prepare job sites meticulously, load materials, operate equipment, and inspect completed work prior to close out.


• Work safely at heights, both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.

Job Requirements

Our ideal candidate has the following:

• CUFSA certification is considered an asset, but not required.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in spray foam insulation installation.


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.


• Excellent problem-solving skills.


• Able to communicate clearly and work well with team members, clients, and trades.


• Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Reliable vehicle with valid registration, insurance, and driver’s license.

• Ability to work in a noisy and occasionally hazardous environment with appropriate safety gear.
